| News | | Graduate becomes Associate Member | In our efforts to enhance the service we offer to all of our members, on the 4th May 2009, a new membership class, 'Associate Member', replaced the current Graduate class.
Associate Membership has been created to complement the career lifecycle of those individuals pursuing careers influencing building design. It enables those who have the RIBA Parts 1 & 2 qualifications to take advantage of all the benefits and services associated with this new and improved membership class.
Further information on the new Associate Membership class.

| | RIBA North West Monitoring and Support Services | | The RIBA North West Region is responsible for the PEDR monitoring of the students of the two Liverpool Universities and the Manchester schools, however, the Region has also set up a PEDR signing scheme for students who do not have access to a Professional Studies Advisor. The scheme is available to students undertaking their year out between Part 1 and Part 2 and those at post Part 2 who have not yet started their Part 3 programme. It will also be useful to graduates of overseas courses in UK who have obtained exemptions through the Architects Registrations Board 'examination' programme.
Find out more | | RIBA Office Based Examination | | Do you work in practice and want to further your career as an architect without the expense and commitment of returning to full or part time education? The RIBA runs it's own examination in architecture for practice based candidates, delivered by our partners at Oxford Brookes University. It is a self-study, distance learning programme leading to a Part 1 or Part 2 qualification. Find out more |
